It is with deep emotion that I share this message with you.
When I opened Opa Greek Restaurant in Chattanooga in 2007, I couldn’t imagine what the future would hold. But I had a vision: to create a place where people could taste authentic Greek cuisine, feel the warmth of our hospitality, and experience the true spirit of “OPA!” from our hearts.

Chattanooga, the “Scenic City,” truly deserves its name. Its history, its valleys and mountains, and its vibrant energy make it unique. Here, in this beautiful corner of Tennessee, I have been blessed to meet and share unforgettable moments with so many people — guests who became friends, and friends who became family. Every time someone walked into Opa, they weren’t just entering a restaurant; they were stepping into my home.

Over the years, we’ve had our ups and downs, but through it all, we’ve always had you. Your support — from Chattanooga, the wider region, and even beyond — has given us the strength to continue, and the joy of offering the very best of Greece. Everyone who has passed through Opa has left us with priceless memories that we will always carry with us.
